Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of October, 2024, the Governing Board of
the Forestville Union School District will hold a Public Hearing, Agenda Item 10.1,
pursuant to Education Code Sections 60119, as amended, 60605 and 33126 to certify
that for fiscal year 2024-2025 each pupil in the District has sufficient textbooks and
instructional materials that are aligned to content standards adopted pursuant to
Education Code Sections 60605 and 33126 in each subject as appropriate and that they
are consistent with content and cycles of curriculum framework adopted by the State
Board. The Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 pm at 6321 Highway 116, Forestville, CA
95436.
