Re: Board of Trustees Member Vacancies
Applications for two open seats on the Governing Board will be available through Friday, October 4, 2024 at the Forestville Union School District Office located at 6321 Hwy 116, Forestville. One of the vacancies is for a two-year term, and the other vacancy is for a four-year term.
Interested parties who live within the boundaries of the Forestville Union School District, who are registered voters and meet the qualifications to be a Trustee as set for the in Board Bylaw 9220 (a) are welcome to apply for the vacancy by Monday, October 7, 2024.
Candidates will be interviewed and an appointment will be made by the current Governing Board members at the Board Meeting held on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The Oath of Office and first session of the new Board Member will take place at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2024 during Open Session.
