All licensed Contractors are Invited to Register on the

Forestville Union School District Bidders List

Notice is hereby given that the Forestville Union School District has elected to participate in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Public projects, as defined by the Act and in accordance with the limits listed is Section 22032 of the Public Contract Code, will be let to contract by informal procedures as set forth in Sections 22032-22045 of the Public Contract Code.

This allows the District to informally bid smaller construction and maintenance projects. Bid information regarding these projects will be sent to the following trade journals/organizations at least ten (10) days prior to the due dates for each project bid:

1. Construction Bidboard (Ebidboard)
2. Dodge Data & Analytics
3. North Coast Builders Exchange
4. Marin Builders Association
5. Placer County Contractors Association & Builders Exchange
6. Bay Area Builders Exchange

If in addition to the above resources, you would like to have your firm added to a mailing list to receive Notices to Contractors for informally bid projects, please fill out and submit the Contractor Registration Form
